Is Apex Motors a franchise dealership?
No. Apex Motors is a family-owned independent dealership in northern New Jersey, running two showrooms. Being independent is why we can hand-pick what we stock rather than taking whatever a single manufacturer allocates.
Where do your vehicles come from?
Mostly lease returns and new-car trade-ins, sourced through dealer relationships built over years. We pick them for condition and value rather than buying at volume, and anything that does not meet our standard does not go on the lot.
What does "no hidden fees" actually mean?
The price on the listing already includes all dealer fees, so the number you see is the number we work from. Optional extras, like an extended protection plan, are added only if you choose them.
Do you have Spanish-speaking staff?
Yes. Our team is bilingual, so questions, paperwork and financing can all happen in English or Spanish, whichever you are more comfortable in.
Which of your two showrooms should I visit?
Either one. South Hackensack, at 1 Apex Plaza, is the main showroom and carries the widest on-site selection. Pine Brook, at 460 US-46, is closer coming from Morris County and runs the same team to the same standards. Both are open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm.
