Because the same household usually needs both. Somebody buying a weekend car generally has something in the other bay of the garage doing the school run, and sending them across town to buy it is a good way to lose the next weekend car too.
So we buy them the opposite way we buy the exotics: high-volume models, parts on the shelf, a service history pattern a technician can recognise at a glance. Nothing rare, nothing with a known engine story, nothing where a common repair means a dealer-only part with a six-week lead time.
They go through the same bay and get the same inspection sheet, the same daylight photography and the same undercarriage shots. A $22,000 CR-V is photographed on the same wall as a $220,000 supercar, which is either overkill or the entire point depending on whether you have shopped for a used CR-V lately.
Rust is worth a mention. Cars that spend winters north of here come in salted, and we look hard at rear subframes, brake lines and rocker seams. If it is on the underside, it is in the photos.

Are these priced higher because of the showroom?
No. They are priced against the same market as the lot down the street. What you get on top is our bay, our photography, and a straight answer about what the car needs next.
What is a fair mileage to buy at?
On these models, the maintenance record matters more than the number. A well-documented 90,000-mile RAV4 is a safer buy than an unexplained 40,000-mile one, and we will show you both and let you decide.
Do you have three-row SUVs?
